A Yoga Journey to Costa Rica with Crystal McCreary and Pilin Anice

True Belonging: A Celebration of Human Connection and Liberation

Costa rica | June 13-20 2020

“Ubuntu: I am, because we are.”

Join Crystal McCreary and Pilin Anice for an unforgettable seven-day journey toward belonging. The rich and healing practices of yoga and dance provide the perfect playground to explore our authentic selves and embrace our wholeness through the power of connection and community. While immersed in a vibrant subtropical paradise, we will move and breathe together with live drumming, to nurture our inner radiance and celebrate the universal elements that when integrated, support the liberation of us all.

Costa Rica provides an extraordinary setting to all who are dedicated to self-awakening, restorative healing, connection through community and environmental sustainability.

Perched on a hilltop that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and a three-mile-long white sand beach that is protected as a turtle refuge – Blue Spirit offers an extraordinarily beautiful and natural setting on one of Costa Rica’s renowned white-sand beaches, and a deeply nurturing and unforgettable experience.

Blue Spirit is located in one of the world’s Blue Zones© which inspired the name Blue Spirit. According to author Dan Buettner, the Nicoya Peninsula is one of five Blue Zones in the world: a Blue Zone is an area where people live the longest and report the highest levels of well-being. While visiting Blue Spirit, you will feel the resonance of a vibrant, inspiring, and healing energy, because of the rich subtropical environment, and the cultural lifestyle.
